Prior to joining Finberg Firm, Ozzy represented insurance companies in homeowners insurance matters, gaining firsthand insight into claims handling, coverage evaluations, and internal decision-making processes. She now uses that experience to advocate for policyholders and fair claim outcomes — understanding how insurance companies think from the inside gives her clients a meaningful advantage.
