Background & Experience
Seth Finberg is a federal immigration attorney with deep expertise in employment-based visas and green cards. A graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, admitted by the Supreme Court of the State of Georgia, Seth has been a member of the Georgia Bar since 2007.
His background as a former public defender shapes his approach to every case: he builds the strongest possible record, anticipates government objections, and constructs airtight arguments. That adversarial instinct is a significant advantage in immigration matters where the margin for error is low.
Raised in South Florida and a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, Seth brings both national expertise and local roots to his practice.
